The Bossier Chamber of Commerce will be holding their annual 'Pack the Bus' school supply drive benefiting Bossier Schools. We hope you'll help out with this year's event! Come by the Wal-Mart Supercenter Thursday, August 1 from 11:30 to 1:30 and drop off much needed supplies to help our teachers fill the gaps in their classrooms.

Grades 3-8 LEAP Student Reports from Spring 2024 were emailed to the primary parent/guardian’s email address today. The email will include instructions for accessing your child’s score reports. If you do not receive the emails, please check your spam folder and ensure that you are checking the email account listed as the primary parent/guardian in OnCourse.

There's only two weeks left for our Summer Box Tops Challenge!! Download the app, upload receipts with some of your favorite Box Top eligible products, and earn money for your school. Be sure to check out the Bonus feature and Refer a Friend in the app. The grade level with the most Box Tops scanned by the first day of school will earn an extra recess! Be on the lookout for monthly challenges during the school year to keep earning for our school!

ROUND 2 of our 2024-2025 Spirit Store is NOW OPEN to purchase your W.T. Lewis apparel! We've added some new designs for our students and parents to purchase! All items purchased through the online store may be worn as part of the school uniform any day of the week. Previous year spirit shirts can be worn with the exception of previous Field Day Shirts. You can now purchase your items online in 3 easy steps:

3. Securely checkout with your debit or credit card.

Lewis League is a group of volunteers that support the school. The group meets once a month to discuss various topics, plan school events, and volunteer at events. All parents are encouraged to join the Lewis League. Please share with other W.T. Lewis parents.

Registration for all Bossier Parish students begins today, July 8. All new and returning students in grades K-12 are required to complete the registration process for the 2024-25 school year. To learn more and begin registration, visit www.bossierschools.org/page/registration.
"Seas" the day and help save money for our school! By downloading the Box Tops app, you can raise money for W.T. Lewis just by scanning your receipts! The summer contest is on! From today to August 7th, upload your receipts and give credit to your child's upcoming grade level. The grade level with the highest number of Box Tops on August 7th will have an extra recess their first full week back at school!
Not sure how to get started? Go to the App Store on your device and download the Box Tops for Education App. If you buy any Box Top eligible products, use the app to scan your receipt within 14 days of purchase. Give credit to the grade level of your choice and watch earnings get credited to W.T. Lewis digitally! Don't forget to have family and friends to sign up, too! 🦸♀️Fuel your summer superhero with free, nutritious meals that Bossier Schools will be offering weekly starting June 11 at four drive-through sites. 🦸♂️
Any child 18 years of age and younger is eligible. Each box will contain seven shelf-stable breakfasts and lunches.
Parents or guardians will need to complete a registration form for each child. Simply scan the QR code on the graphic or visit http://bit.ly/4bIbKjf to register.
Once registration is complete, meal boxes can be picked up between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. every Tuesday until July 30 at either Benton Middle, Haughton Middle, W.T. Lewis Elementary or Parkway High School.
