🏌️‍♀️🎉 Big congratulations to Benton High School's rising senior, Abigail McWilliams, who emerged victorious at the 96th Louisiana Golf Association Women’s Amateur Championship this past Sunday at Lake Charles Country Club. 🏆⛳️ The competition was fierce, with the tournament featuring a match-play format following an 18-hole qualifying round on Friday. But Abigail showcased her considerable skills, securing the championship title in style! This win comes on the heels of another impressive achievement – in May, Abigail and her teammate Grace Goodwin clinched the Division I state championship for Benton. Let's all give a huge shoutout to Abigail for her outstanding accomplishments and wish her continued success in her golfing journey! #BossierSchools #WintheDay #BentonHighSchool #BentonTigers (photo courtesy of Louisiana Golf Association and Bossier Press-Tribune)
